🧚♀️ If your order has been processed through the supplier no refund can be given.
🧚♀️Personalized items are non returnable unless broken/faulty/or error on our behalf.
🧚♀️Games prizes can also not be refunded. pixie magic superstore hold no responsibly for these played with our affiliates
🧚♀️We will only refund and exchange 7 days after receipt of goods. You must notify us with in 48 hours of receiving your parcel of any damages.
🧚♀️To be eligible for a return/exchange your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
🧚♀️It should also be in the original packaging with any labels still attached.
🧚♀️You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error is on our behalf
🧚♀️Please allow up to 7 working days to be credited with your refund which is done back to your original payment.
🧚♀️We only replace items if they are defective or damaged on our behalf. If you need to exchange it for the same item.
🧚♀️ If you have not received your parcel within 7 working days from dispatch, please contact pixiemagicsuperstore@gmail.com for tracking number.
🧚♀️Please note that in the event of a missing parcel, we cannot offer a replace or refund your order until the parcel has been officially classed as missing by the carrier which is currently 30 days from posting. We are unable to claim back in the 1st 10 days.
🧚♀️If your parcel is returned to us as undelivered, you will be charged for repostage
🧚♀️Clothing and shoes will not be refunded unless through fault of supplier the size or colour is wrong. Any damaged items or incorrect order must be reported straight away to the email. Please ensure on ordering its correct
